You can’t miss the lamb from Pauillac, it is a speciality from Girond which cannot be missed if you like soft and tender meats. You will adore this dish.
The recipe is made up in 3 stages, cooking the meat, the preparation of the caviar eggplant followed by a barigoule of artichokes.
A flavoured dish accompanied with numerous vegetables, absolutely delicious 🙂

A speciality of Bordeaux, more than likely you will know this small pastry baked in a fluted or scalloped mold. Soaked with rum, this recipe is very simple to make.
