There's that deliciously tender Limousine beef, of course, and those savoury pancakes that have nothing to envy of the Brittany version, not forgetting the black pudding with chestnut... There's plenty for the sweet toothed as well, like Arena, the softest almond cake ever, or Trépaïs, a speciality based on flavours from not one but three French departments, Corrèze, Haute-Vienne and Creuse. Absolutely delicious!
