Normandy Apple Tart

Begin by preheating your oven to 180 °. Spread your puff pastry over a buttered pie dish, prick  with a fork and place it in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, peel your apples, remove the core and slice thinly. Once done, arrange the sliced apples in the pastry lined dish.

In a bowl, lightly whisk eggs with the caster sugar and vanilla sugar until that the mixture becomes pale yellow. Add the sifted flour, the single cream, almond meal and the soup spoon of Calvados until it becomes a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture over the apples and bake in the oven for approx 30 minutes at 180 °!

Serve your Normandy Tart whilst hot it will be even more delicious ! See you soon at our campsites in Normandy !
